Attend the Discover Nursing Virtual Fair to Learn More about Graduate & Second Degree Nursing Programs

Are you interested in starting or advancing your career in nursing? This is your opportunity to meet with nursing school representatives to learn more about graduate nursing education and second degree nursing programs. Register for this free event hosted by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing and NursingCAS to connect with nursing school admissions counselors and advisors and to learn more about your education options. The Discover Nursing Virtual Fair  will be held on September 19, from 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM ET. Abilene Christian University

Abilene Christian University is currently accepting applications for the Fall 2019 term of our online BSN to DNP and DNP programs. Our BSN to DNP pathway program is designed for students who currently have their BSN and are looking to move quickly into a DNP program. Our DNP program is designed to help students develop their clinical and leadership skills through two distinct tracks — Executive Nursing Leadership and Advanced Practice Nurse. Belmont University

Belmont University is located in Nashville, Tennessee and offers on-campus programs for advanced nursing practice. Since 2004 (15 years) 100% of our MSN and DNP graduates have passed the national certification exam for FNPs on their first attempt, well above the national average pass rate of 84%.


Goshen College

Goshen College has open seats in our DNP program for the next start, January 2020. Applicants to the program are required to have a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree and be licensed as an RN in the state where they will conduct their final DNP project. Our post-MSN DNP program is online with two required residencies. The first residency takes place at the end of January/early February. The second residency is at the end of the program. We have two options: full time completed in 6 semesters; part-time completed in 9 semesters.

Harding University

Milwaukee School of Engineering-School of Nursing

Milwaukee School of Engineering- School of Nursing (MSOE) is a private university located in downtown Milwaukee, a 5-minute walk from the shores of Lake Michigan. MSOE offers a BSN as well as MSN in leadership and management.

The BSN program includes tracks for traditional, transfer, and accelerated second degree students. The BSN curriculum integrates a strong technology base that will make you a better caregiver. The two track options make an MSOE nursing degree accessible to many different types of students. The skills learned at MSOE will help make your transition into the nursing profession a successful one. All students are admitted directly into the programs and guaranteed clinical placements.

Our MSN program is designed for the working professional with a focus on the skills needed for leading and managing. Students gain competencies to manage financial and human capital resources, analyze data, manage change, negotiate conflict, ensure quality and safety, and understand complex organizational systems, all through the lens of nursing practice. MSN students have the option to earn an MBA with an additional 24 credits.

We have current openings in the BSN and MSN programs for fall and are reviewing applicants for Winter quarter (classes start Monday Dec. 2) and Spring quarter (classes start Monday March 9, 2020).  The accelerated program accepts students in Fall and Spring quarter.

Mississippi College

Places are open in the campus-based BSN and Accelerated BSN (second degree students) programs. The next application deadline for both on-campus nursing programs (BSN and ABSN) is February 1st 2020.
The online RN-BSN program is available for six student starts every year. Our “rolling” admission program allows students to commence their program of studies in August, October, January, March, May and June of each year. Students can complete the RN-BSN nursing courses in a year. Students missing general education courses may take these concurrently with their nursing requirements and have a slightly longer completion timeline. State University of New York Upstate Medical University

Applications are now open for our Spring 2020 MS in Nursing-to-DNP program. Here is why you should choose our program:

 NEW PROGRAMS

Abilene Christian University

ACU is excited to announce a new online program — a BSN to DNP pathway that gets students to their completed Doctor of Nursing Practice in a shorter period of time. This 18-credit hour program is designed for students who currently have their BSN and are looking to move quickly into a DNP program. In addition, students will be able to obtain clinical hours during the program. The first BSN to DNP program cohort will start on August 27, 2019. Applications can be submitted now through August 16 by noon.


California State University – East Bay

Cal State East Bay’s Hybrid Master of Science in Nursing program prepares you for advance practice as health educators, consultants, and administrative leaders. Throughout the program, you’ll broaden your knowledge and skills so that you can serve as an effective leader in various educational and health care settings. The part-time study format includes predominantly online courses designed to give working nurses the greatest access to education with flexible delivery.

The MSN Program provides two practice concentrations: Nursing Education & Nursing Leadership and Administration

The Hybrid MS in Nursing degree program is open to applicants with a baccalaureate degree in nursing from an accredited US institution and are licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse in California.

Mississippi College

The Mississippi College School of Nursing is pleased to announce the launch of an MSN program with a Clinical Nurse Leader track. The first cohort of students commence their studies on August 26th 2019 and the second cohort of students commence their studies on the 21st of October 2019. The online program is comprised of 36 hours of required courses, and includes 400 clinical practice hours (preceptor required). Applications are still being accepted for these first-start groups, and applicants with a BSN degree and an unencumbered RN license are encouraged to apply. Ursuline College

Ursuline College is proud to announce the DNP program is now 100% online with self-paced classes!

This online Doctor of Nursing Practice program focuses on developing nurse leaders who use evidence-based practice for optimizing health care delivery through effective systems transformation. Graduates are prepared for roles in direct care or indirect, systems-focused care. It is structured in an on-going, year-round format with courses offered during the fall, spring and summer semesters.
