Goshen College has open seats in our DNP program for the next start, August 24, 2020. Applicants to the program are required to have a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree and be licensed as an RN in the state where they will conduct their final DNP project. Our post-MSN DNP program is online with two required residencies. The first residency takes place at the end of September/early October. The second residency is at the end of the program. We have two options: full time completed in 6 semesters; part-time completed in 9 semesters.

Pacific Lutheran University (PLU) has received a new $2.8 million federal grant to increase the number of Doctor of Nursing Practice students who can serve rural and underserved populations in Washington. The grant, from the federal Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA), will strengthen training partnerships between the university and healthcare practices in those communities. And it will help train graduates in the use of telehealth, a growing area of modern healthcare that employs computer and video technology to connect patients and practitioners virtually.
