NURSINGCAS KNOW-HOWProfessional Transcript Entry Overview
Have questions about Professional Transcript Entry (PTE)? Take a look below at PTE information from the student and WebAdMIT user perspectives.

After all transcripts are received, Liaison then notifies PTE applicants of the 3-step process:
To ensure that an application is complete and ready for the verification process, AACN encourages programs that require coursework entry to advise PTE students to:
As another quicker option, students can choose to enter their coursework directly in the application. The user-friendly coursework entry process only takes students 35-40 minutes on average to complete.

Configuration Portal Enhancements Update to the Prelaunch Environment: New Program Preview Feature Added
This enhancement is now available for use in the Prelaunch Environment. Prelaunch is a “staging” environment that allows users to configure programs for the new cycle without impacting the current one. Previously, when users configured a program(s) in Prelaunch, the only way one could view it in the application was to have it approved by the association, Account Manager, or Client Success Manager. If users needed to make additional edits, then the CAS representative would have to reset the program(s) back to draft. With this new enhancement, users will now be able to preview programs in the application by clicking the Preview your program(s) in a testing environment option. Once activated, a new Preview Program(s) button will appear. Users can click this button to be redirected to a test application with the program(s) already selected. Users will then be able to navigate to the Program Materials section and preview their configurations. Review the Preview Your Programs article for more guidance. |

All score reports sent after August 1, 2019, will include the applicant’s MyBest Scores as well as individual scores from each test date.
