- Open Seats: One of the benefits of NursingCAS is to provide notifications to applicants about programs that have available space. Review the listing below to determine if you would like to apply to one of these programs.
- Deadline Extensions: Programs often extend their deadlines in order to allow applicants more time to complete the admissions process. Review the list below to see if any programs you are interested in have extended their deadline.

Information on admission requirements, prerequisites, and the application process will be available for all degrees (undergraduate, graduate, and certificate).

Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner: Available to registered nurses with a Bachelor of Science in nursing, this program prepares family nurse practitioners for outpatient settings across the lifespan. The program consists of online courses with on-campus intensives three times throughout the entire program. Part-time and full-time tracks are available. Now admitting in Fall, Spring, & Summer!
Post-graduate Certificate – Family Nurse Practitioner: This option is available to registered nurses or advanced practice registered nurses with a Master of Science in nursing in another area. Students may complete up to 32 credit hours in the program. Upon completion of required courses, students are eligible to sit for the family nurse practitioner national certification exam.
Master of Science in Nursing – Master’s Entry into Professional Nursing: Harding offers the first prelicensure program in Arkansas, preparing students to become advanced entry-level professional nurses who graduate with a Master of Science in nursing. The master’s entry into professional nursing will include a focus on health care administration and leadership. The five-semester program is offered year-round. DNP Occupational Health
Occupational health advanced-practice nurses plan, implement, and track health and safety programs and services to employees, worker populations, and association groups. Acting as advocates for the rights of employees, OHNs work closely with employers and management to ensure that health and safety standards are met and employee productivity and overall health safety are maximized in corporate, industrial, governmental, or academic settings. OHNs hold multi-faceted positions ranging from clinicians to educators, case managers to corporate directors, and consultants.
The Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Occupational Health Nursing prepares nurses to apply knowledge, skills, and abilities to use evidence from research to plan, implement, and track health and safety programs and services to employees, worker populations, and association groups.

UC offers generous funding, such as the Nurse Faculty Loan Program (NFLP), the Graduate Incentive Award (GIA), and we are planning special NIOSH funding for the DNP Occupational Health program!
