NursingCAS simplifies the admissions process by allowing applicants to complete a single online application for multiple nursing programs of interest while still allowing schools to collect their custom criteria. NursingCAS acts as the portal to the application where applicants can find information about how to apply, what questions are asked, admissions requirements, and how to get help. Schools access applications, data, and supporting materials such as transcripts submitted via NursingCAS through secure web-based admissions software, called WebAdMIT.
WebAdMIT:
WebAdMIT is the backend admissions software for NursingCAS school users. This software provides tools for scoring candidates based on custom criteria, tracking interviews, conducting an online review of applicants, calculating GPAs, sending and tracking applicant communications, creating custom reports, exporting data to import into internal systems, and more.
Cost & Fees:
NursingCAS is available free of charge for schools. Applicants are charged a processing fee when they submit their application. Additional details on student application fees are available. AACN is pleased to fund a Fee Assistance Program to provide financial support to eligible applicants.
Integration:

Cycle Dates
NursingCAS runs on a 17-month calendar that is linked to specific matriculation terms. This means there is always a NursingCAS cycle open to best accommodate your program’s admissions timeline.
