NursingCAS Student Ambassador Group

Program Overview

The NursingCAS Student Ambassador Group brings together a diverse group of 10-15 nursing students from across the country to promote nursing education, the nursing profession, and NursingCAS to prospective students. Group members participate in outreach such as webinars, videos, and social media/blog content to showcase the value of nursing and encourage other students to begin or continue their nursing education.

Group Objectives

  • Promote pathways into nursing by sharing personal experiences and insights that help prospective students understand the various nursing degrees and career opportunities.
  • Increase awareness and utilization of NursingCAS by sharing tips and resources to help prospective students successfully navigate their applications.
  • Engage in NursingCAS outreach efforts by participating in webinars, panels, social media, and blog features to provide authentic student perspectives, answer questions, and create compelling content that supports future nurses.
