AACN hosted a special NursingCAS event series for applicants to celebrate National Nurses Week. Pathway to Purpose: Nursing School Admissions 101 consisted of two one-hour sessions:
- The Nursing School Application Process – What Students Need to Know where AACN staff provided a brief overview of NursingCAS, followed by a presentation from admissions reps about degree pathways, identifying best-fit programs, and how to make an application stand out.
- The Nursing School Experience where current nursing students hosted a panel discussion to share their top tips for applying to nursing school, how they chose their nursing program, day-to-day experience in nursing school, and more!
