AACN is excited to announce the NursingCAS Discover Nursing Virtual Fair will be on Thursday, November 17, 2022. Registration is now open!
The school registration fee is $395 and ends on Thursday, November 10. Website and event sponsorships are also available.
This live, online recruitment event allows schools to engage with prospective students in personalized virtual rooms. AACN’s Discover Nursing Virtual Fair is offered exclusively to NursingCAS member schools. Last year 113 schools engaged with 2,314 students from 49 states and 41 countries. Personalize your booth and event to host interactive chats, panel discussions, and presentations by deans, faculty, nurses, and staff.
While AACN provides this robust platform and opportunity to recruit, schools are encouraged to promote this event to their prospects and future matriculants as a strategic enrollment management event. To ensure your booth is packed with prospects, programs should market this event as if it were your own open house on campus…but in a virtual format with can’t miss speakers and presentations in your booth.
The virtual fair recruiting model enables schools to:
- Engage with applicants on a unique, cost-effective platform
- Nurture prospective student relationships to decrease melt and increase yield
- Interact with prospective students in a group or private chat or video
- Offer panel discussions or presentations with students, admissions staff, and faculty
- Choose their chat hours during the day or evening (10 a.m. EST to 6 p.m. EST)
- Attend the event from anywhere-zero travel is required!
- Set up different chat hours for various degree programs
Schools can also now purchase an additional event room for only $100, allowing you to host events across two rooms with a maximum of 16 program representatives simultaneously. Customize your outreach efforts with rooms differentiated by degree levels, program types, presentations, or participants.
