The configuration portal for the 2024-2025 NursingCAS cycle opened on Monday, May 20. If you were unable to attend one of the Preparing for the 2024-2025 NursingCAS Cycle sessions, please make sure to review the presentation slides and the webinar recordings. Links are provided below. Access to the Configuration Portal in the Prelaunch environment is required for all programs and allows you to edit program pages, features, and requirements for the upcoming cycle. Configuring and submitting your pages is required every year for your program to launch.
Preparing for the 2024-2025 NursingCAS Cycle
Two sessions of the required NursingCAS: Configuration Training Webinar were offered. If you were unable to attend either session, please watch the webinar recording or review the presentation slides.
All schools must configure their portal each cycle prior to launch. The cycle will launch on Thursday, August 8, 2024, and programs launching on that date must submit configurations by Friday, June 28. While not required to launch on August 10, we encourage schools to consider this date to maximize recruitment exposure for your programs. For all programs submitted for review after June 30, users must email Karen Jacobs and Joe Clark to notify them of submission and allow for a two-week turnaround/review/edit period before programs will be approved and launched. As the AACN and NursingCAS team has 3,000 program pages to review, we request your support in meeting these deadlines.
