The configuration portal for the 2023-2024 NursingCAS cycle will open on Monday, May 22. AACN is providing two webinars focused on configuration training and marketing/branding your NursingCAS program pages. AACN requires that at least one member from each program attend, but the more attendees the better! Access to the Configuration Portal in the Prelaunch environment is required for all programs and allows you to edit program pages, features, and requirements for the upcoming cycle. Configuring and submitting your pages is required every year for your program to launch.

NursingCAS Configuration Training Webinars (2 Sessions Offered)

Make sure that you have registered for the required NursingCAS: Configuration Training Webinar. Two sessions will be offered: one on Thursday, June 1 at 2:00 p.m. ET and another on Tuesday, June 6 at 3:00 p.m. ET. AACN requires that at least one member from each program attend, but the more attendees the better!
All schools must configure their portal each cycle prior to launch. The cycle will launch on Thursday, August 10, 2023, and programs launching on that date must submit configurations by Friday, June 30. While not required to launch on August 10, we encourage schools to consider this date to maximize recruitment exposure for your programs. For all programs submitted for review after June 30, users must email Karen Jacobs and Joe Clark to notify them of submission and allow for a two-week turnaround/review/edit period before programs will be approved and launched. As the AACN and NursingCAS team has 3,000 program pages to review, we request your support in meeting these deadlines.
