Join your colleagues for a complimentary lunch on Friday, November 22, 2019 @ 12:45pm during the Baccalaureate Education Conference for a NursingCAS Roundtable Discussion session. This luncheon session has limited seating, so pre-registration is required. Complete the RSVP form using the link below by Tuesday, November 19^th, 8am EST to save your space!

Roundtable discussions will be led by fellow nursing school colleagues who utilize NursingCAS as assistant deans, admission directors, and recruitment and advising directors. If you participate in admissions committees, chair a program, interview applicants, review applications, develop reports, or just want to learn more about NursingCAS, please join us!

Discussion topics will highlight:

• New User Experience – Learn from a new NursingCAS user about implementation, timeline, results, and challenges
• Facilitating an Online Review of Applicants: Assignments/Interviews – Learn about the WebAdMIT Assignments feature and also how to conduct and review interview results in order to facilitate a comprehensive applicant review within WebAdMIT
• Integration – How to Utilize Lists, Exports, and the API tools in WebAdMIT to connect to your internal CRM and SIS such as Slate, Banner, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, TargetX, EMP, etc.
• Facilitating a Holistic Review of Applicants – Utilizing the Scoring feature and Work Groups in WebAdMIT
• Advanced User Experience – Learn from an experienced NursingCAS user on how their school fully leverages the system for recruitment, communications, admissions review, and the yield process.

The roundtable discussions will address topics that will be relevant for all attendees, including those who already use NursingCAS.

Below is a tentative schedule for the session.

• 12:45 – 12:50 PM – Brief overview and introduction to the different discussion topics
• 12:50 – 1:15 PM – Roundtable discussions on specific topic – pick 1 topic (tables will be labeled accordingly)
• 1:15 – 1:30 PM – Q&A Portion with the whole group
• 1:30 – 1:45 PM – Wrap-up
